Finance & Accounting Staff

Job Description

Maintenance AP module in Accpac System (vendor code, currency, processing) & Daily input invoice
Daily monitoring. control budget. actual expense all department
Monthly reconciliation of DA purchase vs Accpac system, modul AP with general ledger & maintenance listing
Monthly maintenance report to Bank Indonesia, ULN, DA purchase currency to AOA’
Monthly support & assist superior for financial report and audit

Qualification

Minimum 23 years-old
Willing to be placed in MM2100, Bekasi for 6-months-contract
D3 majoring Accounting (from reputable university)
Understand the Account Payable in Finance Accounting
Able to speak English
Great Ms. Excel capability.
