Sr. GA Admin II

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible in supporting the logistics and preparing administrative arrangements for employee during work travelling (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, and related arrangements)
  • Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly ( work desks, chairs, stationery needs, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner
  • Purchase stationery and maintain stock and data reports
  • Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
  • Keeping records of office assets (workstation labels, desktops labels, etc.)
  • Ensure that TKA (Expatriate) documents comply with Government regulations and ensure that the duties and responsibilities of internal GA and external GA are in accordance with the given authority
  • Handle requirement Expat’s legal document
  • Prepare application for work permit, stay permit, visa, Police Registration and other supporting documents thru Government offices
  • Report daily to superiors, weekly report and monthly report

Requirements

  • Min. D3 / S1 any major from reputable university
  • Has min. 3 – 4 years experience in relevant field
  • Has good communication skills, management skill, and team work
  • Knowledge of handling people, asset management, and government regulation
  • Good organization skill, well manage the time, and managing many data with tight deadline
  • Creative and good problem solving skill
  • Able to work under pressure and tough at work
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Head Office
