Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a brokerage firm or financial institution.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required – ability to write queries, join tables, and perform data validation or deep-dive analysis.
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and reporting automation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, or system development lifecycles (SDLC).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Business Analysis & Problem Solving
    • Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, IT, Operations, Sales) to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
  • Data & Performance Reporting
    • Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from internal systems using SQL to support business insights and decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, models, and business performance reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
    • Perform root-cause analysis on operational issues using structured data
  • Project & Change Management Support
    • Assist in delivering key digital, strategic, or regulatory initiatives.
    • Monitor project progress, ensure stakeholder alignment, and support post-implementation review.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the bridge between business users and developers/vendors, ensuring solutions are aligned with business goals.
    • Facilitate discussions, presentations, and workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Compliance & Risk Awareness
    • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure adherence to OJK, IDX, and internal standards.
    • Support data governance, audit, and documentation efforts.
