1. Process Quality Engineer
Job Description:
- Control defects in production and do analysis to get improvement
- During new model or trial need to evaluate and solve all of problems happened
- Make sure products send to market achieve base on standard regulation
- Follow up market complain by investigation and analysis for improvement
- Guide PQC, AQC how to control production process and inspection
- Verify all of problem finding whether low or high risk and also able to judge phenomena defect
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical
- At least have 2 years working experiences in Quality
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
- Able to work over time & night shift
- Proactive, extrovert, fast learner, good at analytical and logical thinking
- Good computer skills ( Ms. Office etc) and able to use QC Tools
- Willing to works in Cikupa, Tangerang
2. Internal Risk Control
Job Responsibilities:
- Objectively assess a company’s system and business processes
- Review of new/old business, find risk points, and do the regular check
- Promote fairness in various business activities and ensure reasonable costs
- Continous improvement on internal control system and method
- Identify, Investigate, Excavate, Reported and Prevention occurrences of fraud,embezzlement,theft,waste etc
- Improve business risk identification capabilities and improve the prevention action
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Accounting/Business Management/Industrial Engineering or other related major.
- Have related work experiences in big manufacturing company around 2-3 year.
- Full Working Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Have a good communication skill, high initiative, high integrity and have strong responsibility.
- Strong with data calculation, can work under pressure and team.
- Willing to do overtime (If needed) and placement is in Cikupa, Tangerang.
3. Assistant Software Test Engineer
Job Responsibilties:
- Responsible for the testing of software system functions and third party applications of mobile phones.
- Perform test activities on the project according test plan and test cases.
- Verify and handle market complaints on market models.
- Collect local test scenarios and promote to the optimization of test cases.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- At least have 1 year working experience in software testing.
- Full working proficiency in English or Mandarin.
- Good communication skills, Goal oriented, Fast Learner.
- Willing to works in Cikupa, Tangerang
5. Product Mechanical Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Response and analyze production abnormal quickly
- Analyze and give countermeasure to top 3 NG according to the data from abnormal report or system
- Continuously improve Appearance Pass Rate/Total Appearance Pass Rate, and AQC Pass Rate
- Lead all structural process problem analysis, and find the solving solution
- Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable and efficient
- Continuously improve the process and reduce the process loss in the assembly process
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Have a good understanding regarding structure, assembly process, jig and various electronic component
- Fluent in English / Mandarin / Arabic
- Have a good job responsibility, serious work attitude, good communication skill, and teamwork
- Willing to work overtime and working location is in Cikupa, Tangerang
6. Product Electronic Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Timely analyze of the production abnormality, promote improvement and preventive action to ensure the quality of process and production continuity;
- According to feedback from production, maintenance, quality and MES system, identify safety, reliability and INT issues, timely analyze and find the cause of non conforming devices, promote a correction to maintain the functional pass rate and Quality Control pass rate;
- Continue to optimize and improve the production process to ensure that the process is more reliable and efficient; reduce process loss in testing process;
- According to the material requirement, priority use request, project guidance and other document requirements, timely processing the document to ensure the daily work results are good
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate, minimum Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering / Electronics related major/at least have 1 year working experience
- Have good basic knowledge of electronic materials;
- Understand high and low frequency electronic circuits, analog circuits, digital circuits
- Familiar with GSM communication principles and corresponding standards;
- Good at analyzing product technical issues, summarizing and make preventive counter measures.
- Willing to work in Cikupa and do night shift
7. Production Leader
Job Responsibility
- Memimpin karyawan produksi
- Mengawasi serta menjaga kelangsungan proses produksi
- Memastikan dan menjaga kualitas input dan output produk
- Bekerja keras dan mampu melakukan perbaikan serta improvement secara berkelanjutan di departeman produksi
- Menjalin komunikasi yang baik antara internal/eksternal departemen
- Membuat report produksi secara periodik
- Memastikan target produksi dapat tercapai tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal
Job Requirements
- Minimal pendidikan S1 jurusan Teknik Industri/Mesin/Elektro/Pendidikan
- Memiliki kemampuan kepimpinan, komunikasi dan people management yang baik
- Fresh graduate/Memiliki pengalaman bekerja setidaknya 2 tahun di electronics manufacturer
- Memahami terkait cara pengelolaan manajemen di produksi dan mempunyai kemampuan untuk mengontrol produksi dan juga memahami hal hal yang berhubungan dengan proses produksi
- Bisa berbahasa Inggris atau Mandarin
- Bertanggung jawab tinggi, rajin, jujur, disiplin, dan mampu berpikir kritis dan analisa yang baik
- Dapat memahami, di latih, dan menggunakan statistik dasar dan juga mahir menggunakan Ms. Office
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan night shift
8. Auditor Logistic
Job Responsibility
- Mengkoordikasi sistem ERP produksi alur pemindahan logistik material, mencegah terjadinya pemborosan dan hilang material
- Mengontrol inventaris material produksi, mengurangi biaya inventaris
- Mengorganisir, melaksanakan stock opname material di workshop, memastikan material di workshop tercatat sesuai, dan sama dengan sistem
- Memastikan proses retur material dilaksanakan dengan segera, mecegah material menjadi tidak terpakai
- Melakukan pendataan terhadap output material, dilaksanakan secara benar, nyata, tepat, dan segera
Job Requirements
- Minimal D3 dari jurusan Logistik/Teknik Industri
- Memahami alur pengerjaan produksi,
- Sangat memahami ERP produksi, alur penanganan dan spesifikasi perpindahan logistik,
- Bekerja dengan teliti, serius, dan disiplin
- Memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
