Brand & Campaign Governance Manager (IMC)


Job Description

1. Brand and Campaigns Governance
Develop and be accountable for the campaign management frameworks, processes, and best practices across Traveloka
ensure the agility of the process to cater to the business objectives while maintaining the integrity of the Traveloka brand in the messages delivered through the various brand/product campaigns.
Work with the data and marketing analytics team to develop and maintain campaign dashboard to provide insightful information on how a campaign is performing against its objectives and how it can be optimized further.
Work on selected campaign briefs to identify opportunities for innovation in campaign execution, develop the innovation project proposal, and lead the project to completion.
Continuously update the Brand Guidelines, keeping it relevant to the ever-evolving business needs and implementation opportunities by working closely with the Brand Identity Design Team and Public Relations/Corporate Communications Team

2. People Management

Provide clear direction to team members, translate strategic direction (from senior managers) to actionable tasks that need to be executed by team members or external parties.
Mentor, coach and develop team members in developing their competencies. Identify gaps between team member’s and ideal competency and suggest actions of improvement.
Provide guidance to team members with regards to ethics and CoC.
Constantly monitor development progress of team members and identify signs of issues or burnout.
Lead regular team meetings to keep team members orientation and update.
Translate CMO OKR to team OKR, provide direction to team members in building OKR

Associate Product Manager

Job Description

  • Leading the research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Working closely with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding 


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience
  • At least Bachelor's degree from top local or overseas universities with min GPA 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field is an advantage. MBA degree is a plus
  • Passion in data-driven product development and making the world better through technology
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
  • A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence
  • Solid oral and written communications skills
  • Good understanding of product management/development, preferably in the Internet space
