1. MX PM

Position Summary

  1. Contribute to expanding the product's market coverage by setting up a product line-up operation plan.
  2. Contribute to maximizing sales and minimizing loss by managing product lifecycle and developing pricing strategy to meet the target sales for the product.


Role and Responsibilities

  1. [Line-up management] Oversee the development and management of the line-up portfolio plan and efficiency improvement efforts and market issue response.
  2. [Launch management] Manage the product/service launch timeline setting by analyzing the new model's target quantity and its profit and loss, and by working with the marketing department.
  3. [Pricing operation] Devise the pricing operation strategy of each segment and model.
  4. [Discontinuation management] Manage the plans to minimize the leftover materials when a product is to be discontinued by setting appropriate discontinuation timeline and plans to utilize the leftover materials.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
  • Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments

2. CE HA Sales Development

Position Summary

  1. Analyze external and internal business environment along with current business status to strategically identify critical issues and develop responsive strategies to set the course of action.
  2. Develop action plans to strengthen competitiveness based on assessment of internal competencies and processes.
  3. Communicate strategic vision globally and execute high priority tasks to support top management.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. [Analysis of business environment] Manage to sense risks preemptively by researching and analyzing industry, technology, consumer trends and economic and political environment changes and implement analyzing how these factors will impact on our company.
  2. [Identification of critical Issues] Manage to examine risk factors based on internal and external environmental changes and implement identifying areas and issues which need to be addressed strategically.
  3. [Development of response strategy] Manage to set up a mid- to long-term change directions like upgrading internal business capability and innovating processes and implement establishing measures to strengthen competitiveness by stage.
  4. [Support to CEO] Manage activities to prepare messages which are shared globally and across the business organization(globally and/or across the company and etc.) and to address urgent internal and external tasks and to support CEO's management activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Leads small teams of professionals with limited control over budget spending or HR management such as recruiting or dismissal and supervises mentoring and coaching for team members
  • Typically implements short-term action plans rather than developing policy, process or strategy

3. Online Business KAM

Position Summary

  1. Maximize sales revenue by understanding the assigned regions and accounts.
  2. Pursue market leadership via understanding the value chain of online and traditional businesses and secure the market leadership by managing market distribution trends.
  3. Develop short, mid, and long term strategies by analyzing internal/external resources to achieve the business objectives.
  4. Increase the number of customers by optimizing performance through e-shop development and management.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. [Region/account management] Manage organization and relationship building with accounts to lead the market change by understanding the regional e-commerce ecosystem trends.
  2. [Revenue management] Drive to manage sell-in/out, logistic methodologies and inventory management and control weekly, monthly, and annual sales revenue by account.
  3. [Online infrastructure improvement] Manage user experience to build and boost the online store sales and strategize its service.

4. Marketing Activation

Position Summary

  1. Maximize the marketing impact by developing the new product's integrated communication strategy and marketing KPI in accordance with the business and product strategy.
  2. Promote continued marketing communication by providing consistent goals and marketing directions to related marketing departments(PR, digital, media, campaigns and etc.)

Role and Responsibilities

  1. [Communication strategy setting] Perform with depth the development of a systematic communication strategy for the new product (or new product line-up) based on the environment analysis of market, competitor and product.
  2. [Campaign planning] Drive the creative concept planning of multi-dimensional campaigns that touch various consumer touch points.
  3. [Brand strategy development] Provide a specific direction on the strategy for the product or company's overall brand, brand portfolio and naming or the high-level direction for building a unique brand image.
  4. [Management of integrated marketing program] Manage to provide the directions such as marketing programs' messages, marketing directions and performance management so that various marketing activities (PR, customer communication materials, events and etc.) can be carried out within a consistent message and a consistent tone and manner.

5. MX B2B Channel Partner

Position Summary

  1. Categorize accounts by their sales type to set growth plans for them and provide guidance for their sales activities according to their target market.
  2. Hedge short and mid term account risk (inventory, collateral, payment, etc.) and check whether the pricing follows the contract.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. [Account analysis by sales type] Participate in categorization of accounts by their sales type and growth plans based on their target business type.
  2. [Sales activity management] Participate in the management of the feasibility of the sales activities based on the sales/marketing plans aimed at achieving common goals with accounts (set guidelines for ROI analysis and sales activities regarding ATL(Above the line) and BTL(Below the line)).
  3. [Volume management] Analyze accounts' carried product volume, product logistics, actual sales, and inventory.
