Saat ini PT Trinusa Travelindo (Traveloka) kembali membuka lowongan kerja sebagai :
1. Junior Accountant
Key Responsibilities :
- Complete month end closing on accurate and timely manner
- Provide analytical review to support variance for expense account on timely manner
- Prepare finalized workbook on timely manner
- Record expenses, accruals, prepayments
- Maintain fixed assets module
- Participate in monthly financial close process including account analysis
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of balance sheet and reduce the risk of financial
- misstatement or financial exposure
- Create excel monthly files to support reporting and other team’s need
- Support annual financial audit and any ad-hoc assignment as needed
Requirements :
- Accounting Bachelor Degree with 1-2 years of experience as accountant or auditor
- Excellent in Ms. office (esp. advance in Ms. excel)
- Experience working with ERP (Oracle is plus)
- Familiar with GAAP (IFRS is plus)
- Effective communication in English
- Ability to work under pressure and demonstrated ability to gather and communication data logically
2. Treasury Business Implementation Staff (Contract Based)
Job Descriptions:
- Liaising with other finance stakeholders to prepare all bank requirement document.
- Upon instruction and internal guidelines, responsible for supporting on data management related to Treasury.
- Supporting seniors and lead in performing improvement initiatives within Treasury scope.
- Keep track of document update and submission to bank partner or other stakeholder.
- Supporting on management of Treasury policy and SOP.
- Keep the company details registration to the bank updated on regular or ad-hoc basis
Requirements:
- Degree in business / finance / accountancy with good academic record,
- Fresh graduate welcome or < 2 years experiences in corporate treasury in multinational company.
- Alternatively, same years experiences in commercial banking as a relationship manager or cash management sales.
- Strong sense and interest in treasury, cash & liquidity management finance / financial markets in general.
- Independent self-starter with problem solving mindset.
- Good business communication skills as must, including negotiation skills with internal / external stakeholders.
- Very much detail oriented in nature.
- Requires strong mentality in working such a dynamic and fast changing working environment with good ability to be a team player.
- Accounting / tax basis knowledge as a plus point.
