1. Personal Assistant
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage schedule, coordinate meetings, and make efficient trips for level C
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering telephone calls and managing emails
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents according to request
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events
- Maintain and maintain the confidentiality of important information
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as archiving
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
- Strong ability to manage time, manage priotities, and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Expertise in using office software, including Microsoft Office rich accuracv of dotalland aood analvtical skills
- The ability to work independently and in teams with good multitasking abilities
- Good knowidege of work ethics and skills to maintain confidentiality
- Undergraduate education in related field (is preferred)
- Mastering English
2. Internal Auditor
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage schedule, coordinate meetings, and make efficient trips for level C
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including answering telephone calls and managing emails
- Prepare reports, presentations and other documents according to request
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events
- Maintain and maintain the confidentiality of important information
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as archiving
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fields
- Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) take precedence
- Previous experience in internal audit or external audit
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Advanced in using audit software and Ms Office applications
