International Business Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, monitor the execution and export control based on the condition, regulations, and requirements that applies in other countries, especially within South East Asia
- Prospect for potential new clients to increase business,
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the network within South East Asia market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Plan approaches and pitches with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for advertising, promotions, campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Decide appropriate pricing strategy for each country,
- Conduct market analysis and market observation,
- Making sure trucking and shipping is on schedule and valid permit,
- Working closely with RMs from each country to monitor the business process.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, a Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree from Business Management is preferable
- Strong interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication for both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Self starter and have strong analytical ability and negotiation skills.
- Sharp, initiative and accuracy is a must.
- Ability to work independently and as team member
- Strong knowledge in International Finance, General Trade Sales, and Trade Marketing.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Powerpoints
