coklat. Produk (brand) dari perusahaan ini yaitu diantaranya Silver
Queen, Ritz, Delfi, Chunky, Wafer Briko, Top, dan Biskuit Selamat. Ceres
sendiri merupakan perusahaan tua yang didirikan oleh orang Belanda di
Bandung dengan nama NV Ceres, kemudian perusahaan tersebut dijual ke
orang Indonesia dan berubah nama jadi PT Ceres
Saat ini PT Perusahaan Industri Ceres kembali membuka lowongan kerja sebagai :
1. Production Supervisor
Requirements :
- Male/female, 24-27 years old, single
- Bachelor Degre (S1 of good tehcnology / food science / chemistry department)
- Alumni of Padjajaran University are preferred
- Good analytical thinking, good communication, strong leadership skill, creative
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work in shifts
- Placement in Bandung
- Experienced in food industry are preferred
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Job Description :
- Set daily/week/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Oversess and coach employees
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Check production outpur according to specifications
- Submit report on perfomance and progress
- Identify issues in effiency and sugget improvements
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standars
2. Warehouse Supervisor
Requirements :
- Female, 24 -27 years old, single
- Bachelor Degree (S1) Teknik Informatika
- Ms.Office skill required
- Experienced in SAP are preferred
- Good analytical thinking, good communication, strong leadership skill, attention to detail
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work in shifts
- Placement in Bandung
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Job Description :
- Measure and report the effectiviencess of warehousing activities and employees performance
- Organize and maintain inventorytransaction”s accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
