Requirements:
  • Maximum 28 years old

  • Good communication skills in Mandarin (MUST)

Operational Specialist Bandung Area (Mandarin Speaking)

Requirements:
  • Maximum 28 years old
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree form reputable university from All Major
  • Good communication skills in Mandarin (must)
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Assistant Store Supervisor

Kualifikasi:
  • Usia Maksimal 35 Tahun
  • Pendidikan terkahir Min. Diploma III

  • Mampu menyusun laporan shifting schedule, absensi, penjualan dan sebagianya

Warehouse Audit Karawang (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities :
  • Find the validity and accuracy of data with actual warehouse stock and create an audit table
  • Propose procedure recommendations to reduce warehouse operational risk and audit costs
  • Analysis of data on findings of illegal actions (disintegrity)
  • Investigate, gather evidence, reduce company losses
  • Supervise warehouse operations according to SOP
  • Responsible for warehouse security management, warehouse loss and inventory management
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager & Loss Prevention team then provide feedback on problems and solutions
  • Placement Karawang

Requirements :
  • Maximal age 30 years old with Minimal Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduate from Chinese Literature are very welcome
  • Preferably with experience in auditing, internal control, internal audit, loss prevention
  • Understand warehouse management and insight on warehouse operational risk prevention
  • Good numerical sense, sensitive to data and analytical skill
  • Good attitude, self motivated, uses initiative, fast learner, tough, persistent, and have good leadership
  • Must be able to work on multiple task
  • Good computer skills, especially Ms. Office (Excel)
  • Fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken is a MUST
  • Willing to be placed in Karawang

HRBP Specialist 

Job Descriptions :
  • Partners with Operational department to align HR strategy to business strategy
  • Evaluates issues, patterns and trends to provide proactive insight for HR solution
  • Partners with Payroll, Recruitment, HRIS and Compensation and Benefit functions as needed to provide solution for employee
  • Coordinate with all related departments to plan and create future hiring needs

Requirements :
  • Maximum 30 years old and Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/Psychology/Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 years of working experiences as HRBP or HR Generalist, especially in Retail industry
  • Analytical thinker, detail oriented, good administration skills and adaptable
  • Responsive, high motivation in retail environment and good leadership
  • Good communications skills in English is a MUST, Mandarin to be advantage
  • Able to work well under pressure situation
  • Willing to placed in Office Rep. Semarang and mobile around the stores (Java & Nusa Bali area)
