Saat ini Ninja Van Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja sebagai :

Sales Executive - Medan

Responsibilites :
  • Responsible for designing and executing and supporting sales strategies for Ninja Xpress growth in Indonesia
  • Involvement in mapping and prospecting clients in Social Commerce and Small Medium Enterprise, as well as other sectors requiring Ninja Xpress logistics services
  • Preparing sales material and presentations to help with new client acquisition
  • Reporting of sales metrics for internal purposes
  • Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications with key client
  • Working in tandem with our partners to find and implement innovative solutions for them
  • Closely work with management to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights

Requirements :
  • A good university education with preferably 1 year of related experience
  • Personable and a good communicator in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence to see us through this challenge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a good comfort level using enterprise software.
  • Target oriented, achiever, and creative
  • Experiencing in financing sales, banking sales, credit card sales and insurance sales is mandatory

Admin Airfreight - Jakarta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • They will be responsible for several key activities related to billing and invoice compliance, as well as vendor invoice dispute tracking,
  • The admin will work with the operation team performing Third-Party Logistics companies (3PLs) invoice audits/reconciliation, tracking records through the approval process, and preparing, submitting, and collecting freight confirmations & invoices,
  • They will also ensure accurate electronic & hardcopy filing in compliance with the applicable procurement, finance, administrative policies, and regulations.

Learning & Development Supervisor - Jakarta

Responsibilites :
  • As a learning consultant to the company by supporting learning & development activities
  • Responsible for conducting end to end learning process
  • Responsible for supporting learning operation (maintaining training database, training report & others)
  • Monitor the progress of learning process - trainee’s individual development plan, and review the progress of trainees

Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 year experience 
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline  
  • Able to communicate in English is a must (oral &written)
  • Understanding of end to end learning & training process
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Ms. Excel and Powerpoint
  • Agile and adaptive in various situation
