Hub Lead Shopee Express

Kualifikasi:
  • Kandidat setidaknya mempunyai ijazah SMA/SMK, Diploma, atau Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun
  • Setidaknya memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Supervisor/Koordinator khusus dalam Logistik/Supply Chain atau setara
  • Memiliki pengalaman di Last Mile
  • Memahami planning, shipping, dan warehousing.
  • Mahir dalam menggunakan Ms. Excel.
  • Domisili Palembang

Admin Hub Shopee Express

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
  • Menginput data parcel masuk dan keluar
  • Memastikan data di sistem sesuai dengan data fisik
  • Melakukan administrasi yang diperlukan dalam kegiatan gudang
  • Membantu proses loading & unloading barang

Persyaratan:
  • Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK dari semua jurusan
  • Memiliki 0-1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Admin di lapangan/warehouse
  • Terbiasa dalam menggunakan Ms. Excel ( VLOOKUP, SUM, IF)
  • Paham dengan inbound & outbound serta distribusi barang 
  • Domisili Bandung, Jawa Barat
  • Bersedia join secepatnya dan dapat bekerja shifting

Finance Ops Shopee Express

Job Descriptions:
  • In charge of handling cash and bookkeeping
  • Maintain all finance activity
  • Making report about all finance activity
  • Provide finance report to the department
  • Reconcile cash flow

Requirements:
  • Domicile in Jabodetabek
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree (all major)
  • Have minimum 1 years of experience in finance especially in handling cash & bookkeeping
  • Detail-oriented
  • Advance in using Ms. Excel (Vlookup, Sum If)
  • Able to join immediately
  • Willing to work in contract-based (1 year)

Merchant Operations KYC (ShopeePay)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  • Screening and filtering merchant submission emails
  • Checking merchant documents completeness
  • Do KYC due diligence (background checking)
  • Adjusting data submission to merchant registration format for onboarding process

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience as KYC in e-commerce/other tech company
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field with GPA minimum 3,00/4,00 from reputable university
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skill
  • Proficient in Excel (Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivot)
  • Driven, motivated, willing to work hard and adapt fast
  • Able to join immediately

Engagement & Culture

Job Description:
  • Handle internal communications channel, include maintaining the regular report
  • Managing end to end Employee Care Initiatives
  • Supporting Engagement & Culture activities as a whole 
  • Administrations related work, including invoicing, finance, and tax-related documents
  • Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Project Management, Communications, Public Relations or other related fields
  • Highly knowledgeable in office software (Microsoft, Google, etc)
  • Strong communicator with skills in writing and public speaking
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills
  • A team player with the ability to forge new partnerships that bridge people and organizations
  • Excellent with time, task, and project management skills
  • Willing to learn and venture into new projects 
  • Hands-on, creative and goal-oriented

Account Payable

Job Description:
  • Review and validate daily invoices received and also its recording on accounting system
  • Ensure invoices and its supporting documents compliance to the Company’s policy and procedures
  • Ensure all invoices are properly accounted
  • Creation weekly estimated payment schedules for cash flow forecast
  • Review on payment invoices and also ensure necessary approval obtained
  • Assess and provide accrual of vendors invoices during monthly closing process
  • Reconcile AP sub-ledger to Trial Balance
  • Preparing AP listing and aging for monthly closing
  • Provide support during ad-hoc task and/or audit-related
  • Match daily invoices received with corresponding purchase orders and receipt of goods/services and reconcile details
  • Execute recording daily invoices into accounting system
  • Respond to internal and external enquiries related to vendor invoices and payments
  • Providing bi-weekly payment list in-line with payment cycle

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from reputable university
  • Experience working in reputable audit companies is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in account payable and cost monitoring 
  • Excel skill is a must
  • Experience in Oracle accounting system is a plus
  • Attention to detail – maintain a high level of accuracy in transaction processing
  • Experience with high volume transaction processing is a plus
