• To support the company’s operational activities optimally running through planning, organizing and evaluating the implementation o General Affairs in Company

Qualifications:

• Degree from accredited college or university from all major
• At least 3 years in this position and organizations of comparable or large size and reputation
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of standard operational security and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)
• Wrtitten and verbal will be qualifying, Aditional language is always an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal and interpersonal skills
• Distinctive problem-slving abilities and decision-making
• Strong personal credibility and integrity

2. HR Generalist

Job Descriptions :

• To update and distribute and information organization structure and analyze productivity data
• To manage People Development and Performance Management process
• To ensure the fulfillment and distribution of man power in company
• To ensure internalization process of company culture

Qualifications :

• Degre from accredited college or university in psychology, human resource or equivalent advance degree required
• At least 3 years in this position and organizations of comparable or large size and reputation
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Human Resources Management, Competency Assessment and Observation Skill
• Wrtitten and verbal will be qualifying, Aditional language is always an asset
• Excellent communication skills in English both written & verbal
• Strong analytical skills with human resource background

• Strong personal creativity and integrity
