Nestlé Indonesia kini mempekerjakan sekitar 3.400 karyawan dan mengoperasikan empat pabrik yaitu Pabrik Kejayan di Jawa Timur untuk mengolah produk susu seperti DANCOW dan BEAR BRAND, Pabrik Panjang di Lampung untuk mengolah kopi instan NESCAFÉ, Pabrik Cikupa di Banten untuk memproduksi produk kembang gula FOX'S, POLO dan CRUNCH, serta Pabrik Karawang di Jawa Barat untuk memproduksi DANCOW, MILO dan CERELAC.

Saat ini Nestle Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja sebagai :

Customer Based Coordinators (CBC)

Job Description:
  • Ensure availability of Nestlé products on shelf by: - delivering to Customer's requirement or providing workable plans to deliver the same end result - gaining a good insight into the Customer’s operations and supply chain to the shelf - identifying root causes of non- availability of stock due e.g. price change, store ordering system change, Distribution Center, promotional forecast error and putting in place sustainable solutions to prevent future occurances - investigating, communicating and resolving out of stock & availability issues at store and distribution centers - reviewing progress of agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) scorecard at defined frequency e.g. quarterly with Customer and Nestlé line managers.
  • Ensure an efficient, timely, smooth (and without manual intervention) flow of orders is received by Nestlé and the Distribution Centers by: - daily placement of Nestlé’s orders and order review parameters - reviewing and maintaining Product Profile in Customer Replenishment system.
  • Maintain Customer forecast accuracy on Nestlé Stock Keeping Units (SKU)s and work towards improving the same by: - investigating demand deviations, re-forecasting as needed using sales and historical trend data - communicating and working closely with Demand Planners - organizing/ chairing key meetings, challenging assumptions and ensuring agreement on initial forecast and communication to all parties involved.
  • Manage promotional process within the Customer, whilst keeping constant communication with commercial and demand planning, and ensuring availability and a clean promotional exit.
  • Deliver supply chain excellence through identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
  • Coach and train virtual team to develop Nestlé knowledge of Customer’s systems & processes and Customer knowledge of supplier processes.

Requirement:
  • A bachelor-degree holder (S1) with minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA from Industrial Engineering major
  • At least having 3-4 years experienced in related job
  • Fluent in English both oral & written
  • Detailed, persistent and organized
  • Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team
  • Able to manage multiple task independently under challenging deadlines
  • Good Analytical, leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Having experience in Project work and Project Management
  • Development projects in different supply chain areas, for e.g. Procurement, 3rd party, distributor, supplier, etc
  • Experience in LEAN is advantages
