Cement Terminal Supervisor

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Strong Leadership and Team playership
• Willing to be Loacated in Tarahan - Lampung Selatan.

• Can operate MS Office (excel, word, power point)
• Has ability to make planning (schedule & cost estimate) for terminal packing plant production and maintenance.
• Has knowledge and experience of plant operation & flow process min. 5 years.
• Able to coordinate and manage operation team with focus to fulfil production target.
• Good communicate with clients and contractors.
• Quick response and ability to solve equipment failure, consider operation cost and production target.
• Creative and innovative to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
