Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Strong Leadership and Team playership
Willing to be Loacated in Tarahan - Lampung Selatan.

Key Roles:

Can operate MS Office (excel, word, power point)
Has ability to make planning (schedule & cost estimate) for terminal packing plant production and maintenance.
Has knowledge and experience of plant operation & flow process min. 5 years.
Able to coordinate and manage operation team with focus to fulfil production target.
Good communicate with clients and contractors.
Quick response and ability to solve equipment failure, consider operation cost and production target.
Creative and innovative to ensure efficient and reliable operation.
