Front End Engineer

Job Description
You will be part of developer team that bring ecommerce platform in Indonesia. This role, work with all team across functional and interdisciplinary to help define, implement, test and manage blanja.com platform. Also you'll involved in each software development life cycle phase in every project.

Develop new and existing feature for our eCommerce Customer
Optimizing applications to maximal speed and scale
Optimize UI and application code for efficiency, reusability and performance
Writing well-designed, efficient code that meet the relevant security standards
Participate in software requirements analysis, collaborative design and code review, and test planning
Provide application debugging, maintenance and enhancements

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science, Design, related field; or significant equivalent experience.
Having minimum 1 years’ experience.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
Deep technical knowledge in Front-End (HTML/CSS/JS)
Familiar with at least one CSS preprocessor, less/sass/stylus
Highly proficient in designing and coding responsive web using JavaScript (ES5, ES6, and modern JS development techniques), AJAX, jQuery, XML, HTML5 and CSS3
Proficiency in popular JS framework (Angular / React / Vue) is a plus
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN, etc)
Familiar with Agile and know what works for your team and why. You always support your team as much as your team supports you
Understanding full life cycle of web development.

Head of Product Owner

Job Description

As a Head of Product Owner you will be the part of the Platform Dev Team to bring Blanja.com become e-commerce marketplace leader in the industry.

Your daily activities are: You will work in managing our PO team in gather business requirements. Work cross functionally along with our C-level in identifying product market-fit, product gaps, and new feature development together with all stakeholder to prioritized product backlog (feature) list to develop, do regular product and competitor analyst.

Responsibilities

Design product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes adaptive business strategy based on in-depth market & industry insight;
Work closely with all stakeholders in Blanja.com to run the new features and enhancements;
Drive product launches including working with other product management team members and all stakeholders in Blanja.com
Build strategies to generate new potential products to elevate the user experience;
Understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related relevant discipline.
At least min 5 years experience as product owner and 3 years as Product Owner Lead/ Manager in business consulting management, multinational technology or any related technology roles or engineering domains;
Leadership skill and experience in leading and manage team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Candidate should be able to implement agile software development method
Experience as software developer would be great
