1. Engineering Development Program Batch 2

Requirements:

• Maximum age 25 years old
• Minimum hold a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Material Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year working experience
• Technical Drawing Skills
• English communication skills
• Self motivated, energetic
• Passionate in automotive industry

2. Legal Supervisor

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum a Bachelor degree in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Has minimum 3 years proven track records in similiar position (preferably has working experience as corporate legal or in law firm)
• Good understanding of Indonesian Law especially corporate and business law
• Able to work independently, under pressure and work within tight deadlines
• Have strong analytical thinking
• Have excellent negotiation and effective communication skills
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is a must
• Able to work with computer, especially MS Office

Role:

• Draft and review corporate agreements, contracts and other relevant documents in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
• Provide legal opinion or advice of any legal request (complience, drafting, litigation)

3. Japanese Interpreter

Requirements:

• Maximum 40 years old
• Hold minimum a Bachelor degree in Japanese Literature or any major with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
• Certified Japanese language proficiency test minimum level (N3)
• Have minimum 2 years of working experience as a interpreter & translator in multinational company (in manufacture company is preferable) will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Have a experience in living and working in Japan will be an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Bekasi areas

Role:

• Translating document Japanese-Indonesian (vice versa)
• Interpreting Japanese-Indonesian (vice versa)

4. Internal Audit Supervisor

Requirements:

• Male, max. age 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with GPA minimum 3.00 from reputable Universities.
• Has minimum 1 year of working experience in the General Ledger or General Accounting or Budget & Cost or in Public Accounting Firm as an internal auditor will be an advantaged.
• Familiar with accounting systems is more preferable.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Have knowledge accounting basic.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written), Japanese is a plus.
• Able to work with computer, especially MS. Office.

Role:

• This position will be responsible in handling general ledger, prepare and analyse reports, calculating budget and tax reconciliation.

5. Accounting Staff

Requirements:

• Male, max. age 27 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with GPA minimum 3.00 from reputable Universities.
• Has minimum 1 year of working experience in the General Ledger or General Accounting or Budget & Cost or in Public Accounting Firm as an internal auditor will be an advantaged.

Requirements:

• Maximum age 27 years old
• Hold minimum a Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Have minimum 1 year working experience in manufacture or automotive industries
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – Have technical drawing skill (CAD/PLC/Pneumatic system)
• Have good knowledge of production process
• Have knowledge about ISO 9001/14001
• Good communication skills and team work
• Multitasking, detail oriented and self motivated
• Computer Literacy (Ms. Word & Ms. Excel)
• Fluent in English (both spoken & written)
• Have a valid driving licence (SIM A / C)
• Willing to work in Jakarta & Bekasi areas

Role:

• Produce, execute and evaluate work plan
• Monitor and control production process and quality
• Monitor and control new model
• Control vendor improvement activities, ensure the activities meet standard and target
• Analyse and compile production reports

7. Organizational & Development Assistant Manager

Requirements:

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Hold minimum a Bachelor in Psychology/ Management from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.00
• Have minimum 5 years working experience in Organizational & Development
• Have good knowledge about culture
• Good communication skills and team work
• Multitasking, detail oriented and self motivated
• Computer Literacy (Ms. Word & Ms. Excel)
