Junior Key Account Manager - Jakarta
- Short Description
- Deliver company’s sales and marketing strategy related to key account in order to ensure achievement of sales target and customer satisfaction of key account (Alfa & Family Mart).
Key Account Business Plan
- Build interaction with key account to contribute in establishing agreement for Joint Business Plan ( JBP )
- Discuss with Sr. NKAM to create shopping list (essential, desirable and possible) and negotiate with key account, in order to ensure mutual benefits between FFI and key account.
- Contribute in creating trading terms (structure, sales drive, promotion, growth, etc) together with Sr. NKAM to ensure its alignment with budget plan and shopper marketing objectives.
- Create promotion plan based on JBP, and coordinate with finance team to ensure the availability of budget needed.
- Contribute in reviewing business performance of key account on a quarterly basis in order to forecast and take corrective actions for the next quarter.
- Monitor, analyze and review the operational process and services of key account business plan to assure that objectives are matched with the implementation.
- Coordinate with operation team for product delivery review to ensure availability of product delivered to key account.
- Coordinate with regional sales team to ensure execution of business plan conducted in key account.
- Coordinate with other related department to support implementation of business plan and increase sales revenue in key account.
- Collect data from SAP / BI (Business intelligence) and key account / customer to track achievement, sales, performance, stock, market share, budget usage, etc.
- Monitor and report promo, catalog, and actual budget to document, its alignment with trading terms.
- Input all agreed promotion in to the system (LEXIA)
- Report key account promo activity to Sr. NKAM, in order to ensure progress and problem solving.
Customer Relation Management
- Maintain communication with key account to ensure good relationship and business process are going well.
- Negotiate and persuade key account representative in daily basis to create win-win solution for problem solving.
Other Related WorkSupport Sr. NKAM in monitoring Joint Business Plan in key account (depend on the agreement with related key account) to assure that objectives are matched with the implementation.
- Minimum Bachelor degree
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Modern Trade
- Experience handle Alfa & Family Mart account
- Good in business acumen especially in Modern Trade
- Excellent in Ms. Office (Excel & Power Point)
- Enjoy deliver presentation
- Good command in English both written and verbal
- Agile, high drive and flawless execution oriented
- High resilient, persistent and detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, influential team player, able to work as team and Individual
- Strong negotiations skills to resolve issues / conflicts in a “win-win” manner and strong customer focus and ability to build credible relationships internally and externally at all levels
