Saat ini PT XL Axiata Tbk kembali membuka lowongan kerja sebagai :

1. Head Marketing Strategy

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for developing strategies that drive growth from Mobile, Home, Convergence and Enterprise business by identifying market opportunity and prioritizing investments.
  • Continuous monitoring of investment impact and optimizing investments focusing on optimizing customer experience, revenues, and profitability growth.
  • Align the strategy with respective stakeholders (network, regions, GTM, product teams etc) for ensuring excellent execution of the strategy.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvements to further enrich and evolve analytics used for strategic decision making.
  • Apply geo analytics to identify potential areas and focus cities for various business lines.
  • Support business cases for network, spectrum and other strategic decisions by simulating incremental revenue, market share and traffic etc.
  • Continuous monitoring of low performing sites (both experience and revenue wise) and recommend solutions (for Network or commercial/products/GTM teams).

Requirements

  • Min. 8 years relevant experience in product marketing, sales, network, and/or strategy including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
  • strong analytical and strategic thinking

 

2. Strategic Project Management Analyst

Accountable for the full project management office [PMO] lifecycle for physical, business and commercial implementation of highly complex, large-scale, company wide transformation initiatives. Ensure the implementation of set strategic initiatives of company transformation programs are in place as per target objective.


  • Manage, accountable and driving companywide strategic initiatives to ensure the achievement of company strategic objectives by implementing PM/ PMO, Agile methodology and practices, including collaboration with all Project Managers/Project Sponsors, and relevant stakeholders
  • Manage project data mining and analyze the project components to get real impact through early alert, escalation and preventive measurement which reported to the BoD, including providing necessary project recommendations, as output of analyzing:
  • the milestones of each projects, including the interdependencies among the strategic initiatives, to provide alert and pre-emptive action
  • the business impact and business result based on initial planning (stated in the Project Charter), the KPI and ensure the alignment of PC and KPI of stakeholders
  • the risks and ensure the mitigation actions are in place, work together with BO,Risk Management Team
  • Ensure all agreed actions are being implemented, the alignment process for each strategic initiatives being implemented within the whole organization, to identify the implementation interdependencies prior and during strategic initiatives execution and post implementation assessment
  • Ensure the integrity of project information to provide visibility to the management (BOD, Chiefs) and other relevant project stakeholders for information, escalation and decision making by releasing regular and ad-hoc project reports and presentations

 

3. IOT New Ventures & Ecosystem Development

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of strong New Venture pipeline through engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as extensive awareness building initiatives and campaigns, to ensure continuous stream of commercially viable products and services
  • Promote and create awareness about XL Axiata’s AI/IoT Innovation capabilities
  • Create demand and attract interest from the potential business customer
  • Build potential innovation pipeline to develop further into innovation projects
  • Manage end-to-end IoT Innovation process, from ideation to prototype validation untuk GTM
  • Translate customer’s business requirements into IoT solution blueprint by using appropriate methodology, e.g. design thinking, lean approach
  • Advise the development of commercially viable IoT Innovation project, e.g. use-case development by college students
  • Engage with potential partners to support AI/IoT Innovation project delivery
  • Actively drive the development of supply side IoT ecosystem
  • Support the agenda of shaping favorable regulations to XL’s IoT portfolio development
  • Stay updated with latest trends and development in IoT and other Industry 4.0 technologies – and how it can stay relevant and be applicable with XL Axiata’s strategy and business directions

Requirements

  • Minimum has a Bachelor’s Degree in technology related area (e.g. telco, informatics, computer engineering, electronics), business/commerce or innovation management.
  • Minimum has 6 years experience in tech-related industry, preferably in solution design/delivery and/or business development

 

4. Products & Segments Analytics

Key Responsibilities

  • To Execute end to end analytic activities related to the XL segment in order to provide insight and recommendations to improve business performance, and being direct liason for end-to-end discussion on XL analysis
  • Understand what is the situation of the XL Market business and the potential areas of improvement in order to prioritize analysis towards making relevant decisions
  • Perform root-cause analysis whenever there is an indication of underperforming business trends, provide recommendations on how to react
  • Conduct evaluation and analyzing the performance of any business initiative in the XL Product Market segment and provide recommendations on how to improve performance
  • Build and design subscriber data mart for self-service analytics for XL business needs and conduct cross function coordination to ensure data mart established
  • Conduct and execute business cases calculation for XL and provide feedback to segment owners on how to adapt its product proposal to ensure manageable profitability
  • Work with Analytics CoE in order to ensure that XL business requirements will be captured in new technical development /data foundations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree 3-5 years relevant experience in data & analytics / statistics / mathematics / quantitative market research
  • Has Experience working on big and multi variance dataset
  • Have good reasoning, analytical thinking and visualization skills to merge data insights with business acumen
  • Has excellent understanding on Teradata, Cloudera, PowerBI, Tableau and other data analytics tools

 

5. CVM Data Science

Responsible for the entire data science lifecycle from data provision to model development, evaluation, presentation, and commissioning.

Project and hands-on experience in descriptive, predictive, and optimization models to enhance revenue generation, reduce churn and gain operational efficiency.

Work with different parts of the business (commercial strategy team, geo-marketing, customer operations, etc.) and provide analytical assets using big data, machine learning, and visualization tools.

Design and develop algorithms to gain insights from big data and to identify new data-driven products and services with working knowledge of primarily using Big Data & Analytics tools, e.g., SQL, R, Python, Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.

Work closely with commercial, campaigns & technology teams to establish data pipelines from data sourcing to customer targeting.

Always stay updated with new technological advancements in the field of Machine learning & Big Data.

  • Expert level skill in Data Visualization with experience in Tableau or PowerBI.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Statistics/Analytics
  • Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, Computer science).
  • Strong commercial acumen

  • Comfortable working in a supercharged environment
